These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://voltbridge.co.uk (the "Site") operated by VoltBridge UK LTD ("VoltBridge", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
- Client: any business or individual authorised to act on behalf of a business engaging VoltBridge services.
- Services: energy price comparison and brokerage services provided by VoltBridge.
- Supplier: a licensed energy provider in the United Kingdom with whom contracts are arranged.
- Contract: an energy supply agreement entered into between the Client and a Supplier.

3. Scope of Services
- 3.1 VoltBridge provides independent comparisons of business energy tariffs and facilitates introductions between Clients and Suppliers.
- 3.2 VoltBridge does not supply, generate, or sell energy directly.
- 3.3 Any Contract entered into is strictly between the Client and the chosen Supplier.
- 3.4 VoltBridge may receive commissions from Suppliers. This does not affect the impartiality of recommendations.
4. Use of the Site
4.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 You must not:
- misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, malware, or harmful material;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without prior written consent.
5. Client Obligations
- 5.1 You warrant that all information provided (including consumption data, meter details, and business information) is accurate and complete.
- 5.2 You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing and entering into any Contract with a Supplier.
- 5.3 You agree not to hold VoltBridge liable for obligations arising under any Contract with a Supplier.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltBridge excludes liability for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss of profits, business, revenue, or goodwill;
- damages arising from reliance on information provided on the Site.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoltBridge, its officers, employees, and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- 8.1 All intellectual property on the Site (including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and designs) is owned by VoltBridge or its licensors.
- 8.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for legitimate business purposes only.

- 9.1 VoltBridge processes personal and business data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Termination and Suspension
- 11.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
- 11.2 Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

VoltBridge may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Severability

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
